Coordinate, support and inspire the future of talent at Softcat As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll support the delivery of Softcat's Early Careers strategy by providing essential coordination and administrative support across a range of development programmes. This is a varied, fast-paced role offering the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your skills and managing multiple priorities. As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating and scheduling Early Careers training programmes, workshops and events across multiple locations and virtual platforms
- Providing administrative and project support, including reporting, data management, diary coordination and maintaining L&D systems
- Coordinating training logistics, including room bookings, technology requirements, facilitator engagement and attendance tracking
- Managing L&D mailboxes and providing timely support and guidance for learning-related queries
- Gathering feedback and producing reports to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives
- Facilitating induction activities and providing on-the-day support for training sessions and events
Ability to demonstrate experience providing administrative, coordination or organisational support in a fast-paced environment - Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other systems, alongside the ability to learn new tools and technologies
- Be able to demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills, working collaboratively with a diverse range of people and teams
