Learning & Development Coordinator

Your role: You will join the highly motivated L&D team to coordinate and support all development programmes across News UK. Your role will involve a huge variety of areas including; delivering our Company induction to supporting projects, coordinating delegate lists and managing training and events logistics. Your role will be the supporting glue to the L&D team and you will have exposure to the full remit of L&D initiatives. This role would suit someone who wants a career in L&D and sees this as an opportunity to 'try' the wide variety of initiatives across this department. Day to day you will:

• Own and run the weekly News UK induction, including logistics, content updates, delivery, reporting and evaluation
• Support the L&D team with logistics such as; room bookings, delegate lists, joining instructions, feedback collation, reporting, project planning.
• Manage communications with external suppliers
• Manage email correspondence from internal and external sources
• Organise and coordinate meetings
• Manage key Learning Management System processes
• Support the event planning of residential training programmes
• Own and deliver a number of ad hoc projects
• Supports Head of L&D with team meetings, team communications, ROI reporting
