Full Job Description
As a Learning and Development Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for the commissioning of L&D opportunities on behalf of the County Council within our Adult & Health Services and the Private, Voluntary and Independent Care Sector. You will be responsible for understanding, defining, and forecasting your customers' L&D requirements, translating these into plans and solutions, and ensuring that everything gets project managed, delivered and evaluated effectively. You will support the development of a culture of continuous, employee-led learning in which staff can be the best they can be. You will enable staff to have the skills and expertise for now and the future. We offer a blend of development experiences, which includes coaching, formal events, online learning opportunities alongside conversations as part of performance reviews, and encourages reflective practice in supervision. - Excellent collaborative working abilities to co-design solutions.
- To be able to think strategically and create clarity, have well-honed questioning and influencing skills.
