Learning and Development Coach in Engineering

We are recruiting a Learning and Development Coach in Engineering, where the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting apprentices throughout their programme of study within the workplace, helping them to achieve successful outcomes and progress in their professional development. You will work closely with apprentices, employers, and academic colleagues to ensuring a high-quality learning experience aligned to Apprenticeship Standards and programme requirements, applying specialist Engineering knowledge to support the development of technical competence in a workplace context.

Specialist knowledge of Engineering principles, with the ability to apply this to support technical learning and development in a workplace context.

- Ability to support learners in applying technical knowledge to complex, real-world scenarios and professional practice.

- Ability to apply professional judgement in identifying learning needs, selecting appropriate interventions, and adapting approaches to support learner progression and achievement.

- Understanding of current industry practices, tools, and technologies relevant to the subject area.

- Ability to interpret Apprenticeship Standards and align subject knowledge to programme outcomes and assessment requirements.
