Learning, Development, and Business Support Officer

This exciting job gives you the opportunity to work two days from the office and three days a week from home.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the North and Mid Wales Trunk Road Agent (NMWTRA), working closely with the Business Development and Support Manager to the agents training requirements, manage the training database.

You will play a key role in developing our people by managing learning and development programmes, supporting recruitment, overseeing training budgets and providers, and ensuring staff maintain the skills, qualifications and competencies needed to succeed.

For this post, the ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable.
