  • Analyse learning and people data to generate insights and improve impact
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand capability needs and co-create targeted solutions
  • Identify skills gaps and support interventions that build capability where it matters most
  • Support learning operations, including content creation, coordination, and reporting on key performance metrics

We welcome applications from people who are at the start of their career and ready to learn. You don't need a degree or prior experience in L&D, what matters most is your passion for people, your curiosity about how learning works, and a genuine drive to make things better.

  • Five GCSEs at grades 9 to 4, including English and Maths
  • Plus one of the following: 3 A-levels, a Level 3 Apprenticeship or vocational qualification - ideally in Business Studies, People Practice, Education, or a related vocational subject

  • Are focused on employee engagement and experience, and care about creating environments where people can do their best work
  • Bring an open mind and a future-focused outlook, willing to challenge convention and explore new ways of developing people
  • Are agile and adaptable, comfortable shifting priorities and responding to changing demands without losing momentum
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, with the interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the business
  • Are organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams and keep programmes running smoothly
  • Take accountability for your own development and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving team
  • Your Level 5 Apprenticeship: CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management Alongside your day-to-day role, you'll study towards the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, delivered as a Level 5 apprenticeship. The programme is designed to give you both the people practice grounding and the commercial awareness to design and deliver learning that drives real performance improvement. By the time you complete the programme, you'll have a strong foundation in learning design, talent development, and employee engagement, giving you the skills and professional credibility to build a career in L&D.
