Full Job Description
The Learning & Development Administrator will play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of training across the Trust. Under the direction of the Head of Learning & Development, they will help develop engaging training materials, learn how to edit and produce video content, and collect and analyse feedback to improve learning experiences. They will also help organise training events, ensure accurate records are maintained, and make sure all mandatory training is completed on time.
The post holder would fully support with the intake of new staff in September ensuring that they are set up on the online learning platforms (Educare or National College) prior to starting, as well as supporting the HR department for training activities across OHC&AT.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in L&D or HR and/or be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification. You will have previous experience of providing effective administration support and using L&D or HR systems is desirable. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
