This is a hands-on support role within a learning design team - not a general administrative or PA role.,

Supporting the continuous improvement of leadership development programmes
Reviewing feedback and helping to inform design improvements and iterations
Updating and improving learning materials, including PowerPoint content
Working closely with designers, subject-matter experts and delivery teams

This role would suit someone with learning, training, education or people-development experience, strong attention to detail, and confident PowerPoint skills, who is motivated by purpose-led work.
