Full Job Description

You will also ensure there is a smooth handover process at the beginning and end of each day to maintain the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable students in our care.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues within the Additional Learning Support (ALS) Department and the ESOL curriculum team to create a cohesive support network for our students. In this role you will contribute to a culture of high-quality, trauma informed support delivery that is responsive, flexible and aligned with our College's aspirations for all our students. Your support will be crucial in promoting an inclusive, educational experience that empowers our students to thrive.

We have four main sites across the city with state-of-the-art facilities. Further future investment in our estates is now allowing us to provide the best possible outcomes for our students and local communities, delivered by our fantastic community of colleagues.
