As a Learning Assistant, you'll be central to ensuring our learning systems and content run smoothly and effectively. Day-to-day, you'll be managing our Learning Management System (LMS), supporting learners and stakeholders, and helping to produce engaging digital learning content using tools like Articulate Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI platforms. You'll also be responsible for reporting and analytics - helping us measure engagement and impact and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

You'll have proven experience working with LMS platforms (Cornerstone or similar), and ideally some familiarity with digital content creation tools. You're comfortable working with data, collaborating with stakeholders, and balancing multiple priorities. You'll also bring:

• A keen eye for detail and a high standard of accuracy
• Confidence using Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)
