Full Job Description
To design, deliver and develop digital training courses under the digital training portfolio to Trust staff, and other relevant internal and external stakeholders, in line with the Digital Learning Strategy and the Trust Vision and Values. Provide pro-active support and advice on the development of digital skills and the use of digital systems within the workplace., The Trust's strategic focus is on creating a digital environment that simplifies processes, enhances collaboration, and ensures that staff can focus on delivering high-quality care without being burdened by unnecessary administrative tasks or inefficient systems. Our Electronic Health Record (EHR) support services within the Digital division are aligned to establish a more integrated team to improve collaboration and communication between the EHR facing teams and as a result improving the quality of support provided to our frontline staff. A Digital Project Management Office (PMO) has been introduced to better manage the numerous, complex projects that are ongoing within the division and support the effective delivery of digital projects and programmes and digital workstreams in Trust projects and programmes.
- Degree level qualification or equivalent relevant experience, Demonstrable experience in a customer service or digital support role.
- Experience of delivering training to individuals and class groups of varying sizes, face to face and remote.
- Experience of developing training materials, including lessons plans, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), presentations and handouts.
- Experience of creating management reports and analysing training statistics and feedback.
