Full Job Description
Affinity Water is looking for an organised and proactive Leakage Administrator to join our Leakage Infrastructure team in our Rickmansworth office. This is a varied role where you'll provide essential administrative and technical support, helping our field teams operate effectively by managing equipment, coordinating resources, maintaining accurate data and supporting budget management. Hours: 25 hours per week (9:15am - 3:00pm, including a 30-minute lunch break). Some flexibility around working hours may be available.,
- Manage the Rickmansworth Maintenance Stores, acting as the main point of contact for deliveries and maintaining stock inventory.
- Raise purchase orders on Oracle, liaise with suppliers, organise deliveries to sites and manage cost trackers.
- Coordinate data logger repairs and returns, maintain repair records and support data logger fault analysis.
- Tracking purchase request and reporting monthly to budget holders.
- Provide administrative support for technicians, including job allocation, timesheet collection and analysis, overtime administration and resource scheduling.
- Maintain and update company systems including AMIS, WaterNet and, in future, MAXIMO, ensuring accurate site and work management information is recorded.
The ability to build positive working relationships and work effectively in a busy environment. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to influence and support a team.
- Confidence using and learning new IT systems.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel (essential).
- Experience using Maximo (desirable).
- Experience using Maimo (desirable).
- Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail, taking ownership of your work and consistently producing a high-quality output.
