An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to step into a leadership position within a modern, well-equipped small animal practice in Greater London. This role offers the chance to combine hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities, while benefiting from the support of an established veterinary network and access to advanced referral-level facilities. - The Lead Veterinary Surgeon will work alongside an experienced and supportive team, contributing to the decision-making of the practice and fostering a positive team culture. The practice benefits from close collaboration with a nearby 24-hour veterinary hospital, providing access to advanced diagnostics and specialist expertise, including:
- MRI and CT imaging
- Endoscopy and arthroscopy
- Advanced ultrasound
- Multi-parameter monitoring
- Specialist-led services in surgery, neurology, internal medicine, and more
- This integrated support network allows clinicians to confidently manage complex cases while continuing to develop their own professional interests and expertise.
This full-time position offers a 40-hour working week with a shared weekend rota: - 1 in 3 Saturdays, or
- 1 in 6 full weekends at a nearby 24-hour hospital
