Lead Veterinary Surgeon / Partnership Opportunity

This role is ideal for an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon who is ready to combine clinical leadership with business ownership while benefiting from the support of an established and experienced veterinary network. Both practices offer modern facilities, including digital X-ray, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory and all the equipment expected in a progressive first opinion practice. Previous leadership or senior veterinary experience is essential, as the role involves supporting team development, driving clinical excellence and contributing to the continued success of the practices.   The successful applicant will have:
• RCVS registration as a Veterinary Surgeon.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring or managing a veterinary team.
