Full Job Description
Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon for small animals to join St Mary's Vets in Ferndown, Dorset. The role blends medicine, surgery and case continuity with clinical freedom and support from a larger clinical team.
The position offers full-time hours (flexible across four or five days), no out-of-hours commitments, and a pathway across primary care, referral and leadership. Generous salary up to £80,000 DOE, Welcome Bonus up to £5,000 and Relocation Allowance up to £5,000.
