This role blends hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities in a well-established practice, offering autonomy to shape clinical direction and culture.
You'll mentor colleagues, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the hub-and-spoke network and the 24-hour centre in Wokingham to support high-quality care across sites.
