As thePharmacy Technician Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering safe, high-quality medicines management for inpatient services while driving Trust-wide excellence in pharmacy technician education, training and professional development. This senior post blends operational leadership, clinical impact, and strategic workforce development - offering a unique platform for an ambitious, forward-thinking technician to influence practice at scale.

You will lead a motivated technical workforce, oversee medicines supply and governance processes, support MDTs to optimise patient care, and act as theEducational Programme Directorfor Pre-Registration Trainee Pharmacy Technicians. Your leadership will directly enhance patient safety, improve staff experience, and strengthen the Trust's medicines optimisation agenda.
