Lead Technician - Education and Training (Pharmacy Aseptic Services)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Lead Technician- Education and Training, Pharmacy Aseptic Services to join our Pharmacy Aseptic Services team at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing our aseptic workforce, supporting staff to build their skills and competencies, and contributing to the safe and effective delivery of aseptic services. Working closely with the Accountable Pharmacist, Lead Aseptic Services Technician, Lead Quality Assurance Pharmacy Technician and wider aseptic team, the postholder will: Support the planning, coordination and delivery of education and training programmes for staff working within Aseptic Services. Deliver structured induction, practical training and competency assessments for new starters, existing staff, trainees and rotational colleagues. Maintain accurate training records, competency matrices and accreditation records, ensuring reassessments and reaccreditation are completed
