Lead SSAStudent Experience DepartmentSalary: £24,892.70 for term-time only (Pro rata from £30,701.00 per annum)FTE: 0.810811 (36 weeks per year, 37 hours per week)Closing Date: 18/10/2026Interviews will take place on: 23/10/2026About the Role:You will be delivering inclusive, responsive, and innovative support across the college - specifically within the English/Maths department, Curriculum areas or Foundation Learning department. You will work closely with tutors to ensure that support is effective. You will constantly strive to produce outstanding teaching and learning at all times to ensure that all learners succeed in their chosen programmes.You will have management responsibility for a number of Student Support Assistants - this will involve completely their performance related reviews twice a year, planning new staff inductions, mentoring staff and ensuring they are working towards their targets.
