Full Job Description

We are flexible on your location as there will be some travel required across our network, including to our Head Office in Basingstoke. What you'll do: Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Lead stock accuracy and loss prevention strategy, driving outbound accuracy performance to consistently achieve and exceed 99.75% targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve stock holding accuracy, operational efficiency and future technology solutions across the network.
  • Manage and develop our strategic stocktaking partner, setting clear objectives, monitoring KPIs and driving accountability, coaching and high performance.
  • Partner with site leadership, retail, supply chain and finance teams to improve compliance, investigate stock issues and deliver measurable performance improvements.
  • Analyse industry trends, report on stock loss performance and lead initiatives that enhance operational standards, supplier compliance and shareholder outcomes.

    Relevant degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics or stock management, with strong end-to-end operational knowledge.
  • Subject matter expert in logistics processes, systems and stock loss management, using data analytics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across matrix and leadership teams.
  • Proven leadership experience in developing high-performing teams and driving accountability, performance and collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities, capable of managing competing priorities, adapting to change and resolving complex operational challenges.

  • Role details: Salary: £59,000 - £72,000 depending on experience Hours: 37.5 per week Working pattern: Monday - Friday
