At Active Neuro, were transforming neurorehabilitation in the UK and were looking for an exceptional Lead Speech and Language Therapist to help drive that change. Based at Hunters Moor in Birmingham, you'll take a leading role in a collaborative, highly specialist team dedicated to helping people rebuild their communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication skills following brain injury or neurological illness.

Our clients include individuals with acquired and traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and complex neurological conditions. We deliver seamless rehabilitation journeys from pre-admission planning to inpatient treatment, through to supported community reintegration.

As Lead SLT, you'll play a vital part in shaping our SLT service, mentoring colleagues, driving innovation in practice, and ensuring excellence across all areas of care.
