Lead / Specialist Occupational Health Nurse and Business Partner

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health professional to lead a well-established service and play a key role in shaping its future direction. Combining clinical expertise with operational leadership, you will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team whilst ensuring delivery of a high-quality, sustainable and customer-focused Occupational Health Service.,

• Lead, motivate and develop the Occupational Health team.
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery and resource management.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and professional support to colleagues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Act as a source of expert Occupational Health advice and guidance.
• Drive service development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support wider public health, health promotion and employee wellbeing programmes.
Specialist Community Public Health Nurse OH (Business Partner) We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Occupational Health) to join our Health & Wellbeing Service as an Occupational Health Business Partner. This is a unique opportunity to influence strategy, shape service delivery and use your occupational health expertise to improve workforce health and wellbeing outcomes. Working in partnership with senior leaders, managers and external clients, you will provide expert occupational health advice that supports workforce wellbeing, attendance and organisational performance. You will have dedicated protected time to focus on business partnering activities, helping to drive a proactive and preventative approach to workplace health and wellbeing.,
• Provide specialist clinical advice on fitness for work, rehabilitation, and workplace health risks
• Manage a complex caseload, supporting employees in sensitive or challenging situations
• Work in partnership with managers to address attendance, performance, and wellbeing concerns
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on workforce health strategy
• Lead and contribute to health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
• Support organisational priorities by contributing to the People Strategy and service plans
• Represent Occupational Health in meetings, case conferences, and cross-service forums
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, legislation, and clinical governance requirements
