Partner with the Best The Lead Sourcing Specialist, as part of the Headquarters Indirect Sourcing team, is responsible for managing a regional supply base, supporting all legal entities and product lines, and managing end-to-end procurement activities for materials and services. This includes supplier scouting, sourcing, contract negotiation, order placement, supplier performance management, and continuous cost optimization. The Lead Sourcing Specialist is accountable for solving complex problems, executing objectives, and supporting short-term and long-term business goals. This role contributes to operational and financial planning while supporting overall business strategy and driving procurement excellence across the organization. As a Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for indirect materials and services, driving cost reduction, productivity, and cash flow objectives.
  • Managing RFQ, supplier selection, contract negotiation, purchase order issuance, and supplier performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Developing and executing supplier and category strategies aligned with global sourcing objectives to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and risk.
  • Building and managing strategic supplier relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving continuous supplier performance improvements.
  • Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial teams, to support business objectives and sourcing decisions.
  • Delivering sustainable cost savings and process improvements through strategic sourcing initiatives, contract management, and productivity programs.
  • Analyzing market trends, supplier capabilities, and procurement data to identify opportunities and support informed decision-making.
  • Supporting operational and financial goals while contributing to procurement excellence, business strategy, and organizational growth.

    Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Have significant experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Commercial functions.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, contract management, and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
  • Have strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and decision-making capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Be a self-motivated professional who can work effectively across functions, teams, and global organizations.
  • Have experience driving sourcing strategies, cost optimization initiatives, process improvements, and supplier performance programs.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in procurement systems such as Oracle, Ariba, or SAP being preferred; APICS/CIPS certification is an added advantage.
