Lloyd's is seeking to recruit x2 Lead Service Architects (Corporation) you'll provide clear architectural leadership across Finance, Risk, Legal and HR. You'll help these functions operate efficiently, predictably and with confidence. You'll align strategy and technology, simplify complex application landscapes, and ensure solutions are robust, compliant and fit for purpose. Through strong relationships and effective
governance, you'll support major change, manage technical risk and deliver clear roadmaps that balance cost, risk and value. All while helping Lloyd's remain a disciplined, efficient and trusted global insurance marketplace. There's never been a more exciting time to join us. You'll reduce friction through smarter platforms and data, enable risk-based oversight, and create foundations for innovation at scale. What you'll do Lead transformation Set and champion enterprise architecture principles and governance. Align enterprise and domain strategies, with clear 1, 3 and 5-year views. Support major programmes through design authority, governance and procurement. Explain architectural decisions clearly to business and technology leaders. Keep the engine running Drive application lifecycle management, rationalisation and cost transparency. Manage technical debt, waivers
and target-state alignment. Balance day-to-day stability with long-term change. Work as one Lloyd's Build trusted relationships across Finance, HR, Risk and Legal. Collaborate with the wider architecture community to stay consistent and joined-up. Stay curious about modern tools, data, AI and industry best practice. What you'll bring Strong enterprise architecture experience in complex, regulated environments. Knowledge of Finance and/or HR within financial services. Confidence working with governance, integration and data. A clear communicator who can simplify complexity for senior leaders. Calm judgement under pressure and a collaborative mindset. Experience of the Lloyd's market or insurance sector is a strong advantage.
