Full Job Description

Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative and creative person, with a clear attention to detail and an excellent technical background, to lead the delivery of presentational technology within our next exciting project. What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of project-specific graphics, VFX, technical art and UI.
  • Provide inspirational day-to-day team management, through coaching, support and a positive team culture.
  • Work with artists and designers to understand and realise their creative aspirations.
  • Partner with producers to prioritise and schedule tasks and identify risks.
  • Champion and help define technical best-practice within Game Technology.

    Excellent C++ skills with the ability to write readable/maintainable code.
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills.
  • Good technical verbal and written communication.

  • Managing, mentoring and/or coaching members of a technical team.
  • Collaborating with other disciplines to deliver features and/or visuals to a high level of fidelity in commercially-released games.
  • Implementing, debugging and rectifying code in a multithreaded environment.
