Lead Product Manager - Wholesale CRM

We're looking for Lead Product Managers to join our Product team and help us shape the tools, platforms and capabilities that support Co-op Wholesale in building stronger relationships with independent retailers and wholesale customers. You'll set the vision, strategy and direction, leading product development from discovery through to delivery and working closely with colleagues across technology, design, delivery and the wider business to create solutions that meet customer needs and deliver value for Co-op. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, shape product direction and lead meaningful change across the business This is a role where you'll combine big-picture thinking with hands-on product leadership, working with talented people from a range of disciplines to solve complex problems and deliver measurable outcomes. As part of our wider product community, you'll have opportunities to apply your skills across different products and business areas as priorities evolve, building broad experience and helping us deliver the greatest value for Co-op. This may include moving between product teams over time, giving you the chance to develop new expertise while supporting changing business needs. What you'll do

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of CRM products and capabilities, creating personalised experiences for independent retailers and wholesale customers that improve engagement, loyalty and long-term value
• Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy and roadmap for our Wholesale business digital CRM products
• Work closely with stakeholders to balance customer needs, business priorities and technical considerations when making product decisions
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery, ensuring your product delivers meaningful outcomes
• Use customer insight, feedback and data to identify opportunities and prioritise product improvements
• Manage and maintain a well-prioritised product backlog, helping teams focus on the highest-value work
• Measure product performance and use evidence and insights to inform future decisions and investments
• Build strong relationships across product, engineering, design and business teams to drive collaboration and alignment
  
  Significant product management experience, including defining product strategies and leading complex products or initiatives
• Experience working with CRM, customer engagement or customer experience products
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and the use of customer insight and behavioural data to drive product decisions
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across a range of teams and seniority levels
• Experience using customer insights, research and data to inform decisions and prioritise work
• The ability to translate business goals into clear product outcomes, roadmaps and measurable objectives
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences
• An understanding of agile ways of working and experience working in cross-functional product teams
