- Lead end-to-end design of digital products and services, from concept through to launch and continuous optimisation.
- Translate user insights and business needs into elegant, scalable design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and commercial teams to align design outcomes with strategic objectives.
- Champion user-centred design principles, ensuring both customer and business needs are balanced throughout the product lifecycle.
- Facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions, and present design concepts to stakeholders with clarity and influence.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, mentoring other designers and driving design consistency and excellence across experiences.
Proven experience designing digital products across both B2B and B2C, with the ability to adapt approaches to different user needs and contexts. - Strong background in digital product design (UI/UX), ideally within platform-based or service-led environments.
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams, with exposure to agile ways of working.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, and Jira, with a portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and high-quality execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align at all levels.
- Curious, adaptable, and outcome-focused, with a passion for solving complex problems and continuously improving experiences.
