Full Job Description
- Model consistently high-quality teaching, producing resources and demonstrating practice that supports excellent learning.
- Lead coaching, mentoring and training to develop colleagues' teaching practice and support appraisal processes.
- Use data to identify teaching and pupil needs, implementing targeted strategies to raise achievement.
- Coordinate monitoring and evaluation activities, including observations, learning walks and work scrutinies, to inform improvement planning.
