Model consistently high-quality teaching, producing resources and demonstrating practice that supports excellent learning.
Lead coaching, mentoring and training to develop colleagues' teaching practice and support appraisal processes.
Use data to identify teaching and pupil needs, implementing targeted strategies to raise achievement.
Coordinate monitoring and evaluation activities, including observations, learning walks and work scrutinies, to inform improvement planning.
Research and share best practice, leading on high-quality professional development across the academy and Trust.
