Join Active Neuro, the specialist neurological division of Active Care Group, as our full-time Lead Physiotherapist at Hothfield Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in Kent.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead physiotherapy within a specialist neurological rehabilitation service, delivering technology-enhanced, evidence-based care that helps individuals with complex neurological conditions maximise their recovery and independence across the full rehabilitation pathway, including both inpatient and outpatient services.
Main duties of the job

Active Neuro brings together Active Care Group's specialist neurological rehabilitation services, combining expert clinical practice, advanced rehabilitation technology and a 24-hour therapeutic approach to deliver outstanding outcomes for people with acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and other complex neurological conditions.
Our philosophy is simple rehabilitation doesn't stop when a therapy session ends. Every interaction is an opportunity to maximise recovery. Through collaborative multidisciplinary working, personalised rehabilitation programmes and innovative technology, we help people regain independence and achieve meaningful goals.
About Hothfield Neurological Rehabilitation Centre
Set within the beautiful 12-acre grounds of a manor house in Kent, our purpose-built rehabilitation unit delivers intensive, goal-led rehabilitation for individuals with significant physical, cognitive and communication needs. Every person receives a personalised rehabilitation programme, with our expert multidisciplinary team working together to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care.
Alongside specialist physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, speech and language therapy and nursing, we utilise advanced rehabilitation technologies, including robotic upper limb therapy and EMG biofeedback, to maximise recovery, improve function and help people achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.
