Full Job Description

You will lead a team of Medicines Management Pharmacy Technicians and Assistants, supporting service development, workforce planning, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred care.,

  • Provide leadership and line management to the Medicines Management team
  • Lead the delivery and development ofclinical pharmacy and medicines management services
  • Support service improvement, SOP development, and governance processes
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacists, ward teams, and multidisciplinary colleagues
  • Ensuresafe and effective use of medicines across clinical areas
  • Lead ontraining, education, and workforce development of pharmacy staff
  • Contribute to audit, quality improvement, andpatient safety initiatives

    We are looking for a proactive and committed GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician with experience across all areas of pharmacy, particularly within clinical pharmacy services in an NHS acute setting at a senior level. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
