We're recruiting for a Lead Performance Analyst here at Justice Digital, Data and Science, to be part of our warm and collaborative Delivery Governance Office. These are exciting times at Justice Digital, Data and Science. We have a clear vision to develop a digitally enabled justice system that works more simply for users, and we're looking for talented people to help us achieve it. The Lead Performance Analyst will lead the development of performance measurement and analysis across the Accessibility Team, helping us better understand accessibility compliance across our digital services and the performance and impact of the services the team provides. You will develop the frameworks, measures and management information needed to turn complex accessibility data into clear, actionable insight for the Head of Digital Accessibility, Accessibility Specialists, Senior Leaders and Service teams. You will analyse accessibility compliance and audit findings to identify trends and recurring issues, alongside measuring demand, reach and impact across services such as accessibility consultancy, training and the Accessibility Champions Network. Your insight will help the team understand where support and intervention are most needed and enable teams across Justice Digital, Data and Science to improve accessibility outcomes. You will also lead the development of automated data collection, processing and reporting solutions, improving data quality and reducing manual effort. Working closely with the Head of Digital Accessibility, you will develop meaningful OKRs and KPIs and ensure the team has the evidence it needs to understand its performance, demonstrate its impact and continuously improve its services. This role aligns to the Lead Performance Analyst role from the Government Digital and Data Framework. You'll receive a range of excellent benefits when you join our department, including: · A generous employer pension contribution of 28.97% through the Civil Service Pension Scheme. · 25 days of annual leave, (increasing to 30 days once you have reached 5 years of service), plus 8 bank holidays and a privilege day for the King's birthday. · Flexible working arrangements including hybrid working, working part time or compressed hours. Designed to support a positive work-life balance.
- Lead the development of performance frameworks, measures and management information across the Accessibility Team's services, providing the team with insight into demand, reach, performance and impact. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The consultancy service, including demand, turnaround times, organisational coverage and customer feedback.
- The roster of training courses, including attendance, demand, feedback and impact on accessibility capability across the department.
- The Champions Network, which is open to members of staff across the department, including membership, organisational coverage, engagement and growth.
- Lead the development of automated data collection, processing and reporting solutions, improving data quality, reducing manual effort and enabling timely performance insight across the Accessibility Team. This includes:
- Designing and implementing automated data collection and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, creating reliable data sources for performance measurement and analysis.
- Developing and maintaining analytical datasets and data pipelines, ensuring the quality, integrity and reliability of performance data.
- Monitoring, maintaining and continuously improving automated reporting processes, resolving data quality and system issues where they arise.
- Lead the development of meaningful, outcome-focused OKRs and KPIs with the Head of Digital Accessibility, providing professional performance advice and challenge, and ensuring appropriate data sources and reporting are in place to measure progress and impact.
· A £1k per person learning budget is in place to support all our people, with access to best-in-class conferences and seminars, accreditation with professional bodies, fully funded vocational programmes and e-learning platforms. · Compassionate maternity, adoption, and shared parental leave policies, with up to 26 weeks leave at full pay, 13 weeks with partial pay, and 13 weeks further leave.
