MBDA is seeking a Team Lead for PCB Layout in the UK, based at Stevenage or Bolton with 2-3 days on-site. The role involves leading a team to develop complex PCB layouts across HDI multilayer and high-reliability products, with international collaboration and travel between Bolton and Stevenage.


The successful candidate will have extensive PCB design experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive projects through completion while meeting schedule, cost and quality targets.
