Full Job Description

As a Lead Patient Navigator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service, delivering high standards of patient care and operational efficiency. You will lead by example, supporting your team while contributing to service improvement and innovation. The post holder may be required to undertake additional duties as reasonably requested by management. Key Responsibilities Lead, support, and coordinate the Patient Navigator and wider non-clinical team Manage rotas and staffing levels to ensure safe and effective service delivery Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and service coordination Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff Manage administrative processes including payroll input, stock ordering, and reporting Ensure a high standard of patient experience and customer service at all times Monitor and improve systems, processes, and patient pathways Ensure compliance with organisational
