Lead Occupational Therapist

This is an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist with a strong background in neurorehabilitation to provide clinical leadership to the OT team, while continuing to deliver high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation to patients with complex neurological needs.

As Lead Occupational Therapist, you will provide leadership to the Occupational Therapy team and play a key role within the wider MDT, supporting the Head of Therapies to develop and deliver an effective, innovative OT service.

You will have the opportunity to influence service development and strategy, support the development of junior therapists and students, and help shape best practice across the service.

Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will maintain a clinical caseload and provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention, helping patients regain as much functional ability and independence as possible.
