Lead Nurse (maternity cover)

As a senior member of the nursing team, you will have experience within a similar setting from the NHS and/or Private Care. You will lead and guide a team of nurses to provide exceptional care., This temporary Lead Nurse position at Elysium Healthcare is a maternity cover role based in Warrington. The role involves providing senior clinical leadership and safeguarding the well-being of service users, employees, and visitors. The Lead Nurse will manage experienced ward managers and ensure care standards are upheld. The role requires experience in NHS or Private Care, participating in senior on-call arrangements, and contributing to hospital governance processes. The responsibilities include promoting multidisciplinary work, managing resources within budget, supervising senior nurses, and liaising with customers and contracts. Essential qualifications include a Post Graduate healthcare degree, management qualification, NMC registration, and clinical and leadership experience.
