Full Job Description
As a school we are mindful of wellbeing and have introduced the following to support worklife balance of staff.
- Staff meetings are only 1 hour and other CPD is creatively planned into the school working-day through Team Meetings and a supportive coaching model
- a 'live marking approach' which emphasises the importance of in the moment feedback as part of lessons
- regular release for subject leaders to support their subject leadership
- PPA at home
- Shared team planning within a 3-form entry primary
- An SLT which is supportive and are streamlining systems and processes to reduce unnecessary paperwork and workload., In return we can offer
