Key Responsibilities Lead Maintenance: Oversee first-line maintenance of production machines
Identify & Repair: Address mechanical breakdowns on various machinery
Performance Accountability: Manage the performance of machines and processes
Use Diagnostic Tools: Identify root causes of mechanical problems
Coordinate Teams: Manage a small team of operators to achieve targets
Assist Operators: Support daily production tasks to meet line targets

What We're Looking For Manufacturing Experience: Minimum 1 year managing and coordinating operators
Diagnostic Skills: Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues systematically
Mechanical Proficiency: Skilled in disassembling and reassembling machinery
Attention to Detail: Essential for identifying faults and ensuring precision
Commitment to Improvement: Suggest modifications to enhance efficiency and safety

Salary: £41,000-£44,600 (including shift allowance, DOE)
Additional Perks: £2,000 Welcome Bonus, Performance Bonus & Exceptional Benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off)
