Full Job Description

The Thames Reach Outreach teams operate across London and help those who are rough sleeping to find routes away from the street. The teams respond rapidly and work flexibly to reach people. Individuals are assessed to identify their support needs and support plans are created, including work to obtain identification, access health services and refer to other specialist agencies, including those offering immigration support.

We will not accept applications where Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been used to assist with completing the competency questions.

You will:

.Be responsible for day-to-day operational delivery of the fast-paced outreach team working in the Square Mile.
.With support of the Senior Practitioner, oversee delivery of an additional service, City MIST, which provides support to people living in Temporary Accommodation.
.Support the development of colleagues, delivering a high standard of supervision.
.Broker and maintain collaborative relationships with local partner agencies.
.Process and analyse data to ensure service delivery is at a high standard and remains relevant.
.Work with the Area Manager to continuously improve the service, developing model ways of working based in best practice.
You will be

Experienced in leading complex services which support adults in homelessness settings.
.An excellent communicator, able to relate to a variety of audiences and make use of relevant data.
.Creative and imaginative in delivering a service which is responsive to local need.
.Skilled in supervision with experience of supporting and developing client-facing colleagues.
.Decisive and confident, able to make the right decisions in high-pressure environments.
.Outcome focussed and able to use data to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the services., Disability Confident
