Lead Manager

This Lead Manager role sits within our Business Savings Products team within Business Banking. Our team are the business owners for Business Savings, with responsibility for the products and propositions we offer our business customers.The role will focus on commercial management of the savings books across both brands, with responsibility for growth, balances, income, cost management and profitability. Activities include trading, pricing management, balance forecasting and planning over the short, medium and long term. You will also have a key role to play in setting the product strategy as part of the overall Business Banking proposition.We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best. If you're based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events.
