Radfield Home Care (UK) in Watford & Borehamwood is seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our home care service, driving growth while upholding the highest standards of care and compliance.
You will manage teams, oversee care planning, assessments, recruitment and auditing, and foster a positive, supportive working environment. A Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care and a full UK driving licence are preferred; sponsorship is not offered.
