Clymac's Lead Engineer's Our Lead Engineers are self-motivated, providing day-to-day support and Guidance to the engineering team in their area, you will plan and monitor maintenance tasks and work in conjunction with the Scheduler for the area to ensure effective and profitable use of the engineering resource for region.

• To ensure performance and service are in line with compliance and monthly schedules
• Respond to customer needs, complaints, and concerns with urgency as and when required.
• Complete toolbox talks with direct reports, providing clear records of completion to the compliance team,
• Be available for site surveys and installation handovers as directed by your Regional Service Manager
• Organise and maintain and communicate an effective call-out rota for the area
• Responsible for minor works within the area through a dedicated minor works resource
• To assist the Regional Service Manager in the management of the engineering team
• Deputise for your Regional Service Manager as and when required during periods of sickness and holidays
• Support engineers in stock control and further action management.
• Attend and assist with troublesome sites and complaints.
• Technically support DRS and the Sales Team with quotations.
• Initial planning of ppm on large/ complex sites - meeting with customers in support of key sites in the region.
• Assist in the delivery of small bespoke projects and ensure on-time delivery.

• At least 5 years' experience as an accomplished multi-disciplined Fire & Security Engineer
• A technical background in the electrical/electronic industry would be beneficial
• Experience in front-line customer service will be preferred
• A full UK Driving Licence - mandatory
• You have to be flexible to travel and be part of an on-call rota.
