What You'll Own Act as the go-to technical authority for all things D365 SCM Lead incident, problem, and major escalation management Drive technical governance across managed service and delivery partners Oversee releases, upgrades, quality updates, and environment readiness Ensure stability across Inventory, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics & Planning Manage Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Event Grid, etc.) Uphold SOX, audit, security, and risk controls Champion continuous improvement and platform resilience What You Bring Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 SCM Background in SaaS/PaaS platform support Experience
