The role includes responsibility for recruitment, staff appraisal and supervision, alongside preparation of monthly performance reports. You will bring significant post qualification experience, confidence in, managing complex clinical

cases, and a strong interest in leadership, quality improvement and service development. In return, you will join a specialist women's hospital offering a high level of autonomy, opportunities to influence care at pathway level, strong multidisciplinary working, and a genuine commitment to flexible working and professional development. The team is strongly committed to collaborative working, innovation and supports student training through P1, P2 and P3 placements.
