Qualifications Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology Experience Required : 3 - 4 years experience in Technology Management Proven experience in demand and stakeholder management Integrating strategies with service providers to deliver large scale change projects from concept to implementation 5 - 7 years in Technology Experience in working with senior business and technology stakeholders, balancing strategic requirements and delivery constraints. Deep knowledge and
understanding of a variety of data platforms, including AWS based and big data tools and relational database servers, e.g. Apache Hadoop and other NoSQL data platforms. Experience working in a multi-vendor and outsourced IT environment. A good understanding and proven track record in Agile development ways of working is required. Proven experience in building and optimising 'big data' data pipelines, architectures and data sets. Proven experience in building databases, warehouses and reporting solutions, and building data integration solutions. Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools, and cloud services e.g. Redshif. Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement Key Outputs : Guide the data management team (data engineers, software developers, database architects, data analysts) on technical data initiatives to enable optimal data delivery
