Lead Consultant

In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

• Hands-on experience with collaboration and work management tools, including JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Kanban, and SharePoint.
• Proficient in Project and Service Management tools, such as MS Project, Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, ServiceNow, Remedy, Clarity, KeyedIn, and CMT.
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile delivery environments, with a strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional, multi-vendor teams to successfully deliver business and technology initiatives.
• Strong experience in project governance, including scope management, schedule planning, budget control, benefits realization, RAID management, change control, and risk mitigation.
• Extensive experience managing end-to-end project lifecycle delivery, from project initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Solid domain expertise in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) industry, with a strong understanding of business processes, regulatory requirements, and technology transformation programs.
Preferred
• PMP/ Prince/Scrum certification
