Lead Clinical Pharmacist - Gynaecology & Fertility

The postholder will assist the Chief Pharmacist and Deputy Chief Pharmacist in the development and evaluation of Pharmacy and Medicines Management Services across the Gynaecology Care Group (Gynaecology, Fertility & Surgical Services). The postholder will also be a member of the LWH Senior Pharmacy Leadership Team (SLT) and will work alongside other members of the SLT to manage the day to day running of the Pharmacy Services on site and ensure interfaces between portfolios and sites are managed seamlessly. Key responsibilities of the postholder will include;

• Provide leadership and be responsible for the gynaecology clinical pharmacy service.
• Lead and provide clinical expertise in the delivery and development of pharmacy services to the Gynaecology Care Group developing exemplary clinical practice.
• Develop and manage the gynaecology pharmacy team to ensure safe and effective specialist clinical pharmacy service for patients and staff.
• Lead the strategic direction and implementation of pharmacy services to the Gynaecology Care Group.
