Full Job Description

As an LCPP, you'll bring clarity, structure and professional leadership to some of the most important moments in a child's safeguarding journey. You'll chair Child Protection strategy meetings, Initial and Review conferences, coordinate multi-agency planning and ensure that every assessment, plan and decision is grounded in strong analysis and a clear understanding of risk. This role is ideal for someone skilled at bringing people together, managing challenge confidently, and keeping children's needs firmly at the centre.     One of the roles we are recruiting to is the new role of Lead Child Protection Practitioner (LCPP) the details are below. The role requires you to hold a social work qualification, have a current registration with Social Work England and have substantial post qualifying experience in Child Protection Social Work. Please read on if this is you!, In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
