By fostering with us, you'll keep Shropshire children together in Shropshire, providing them with love and stability. Right now, many young people needing care are placed outside of Shropshire, far from everything they know, or in residential homes. Help us change that. Why Foster for Us? • Financial Support: Foster carers receive weekly, tax-free payments based on experience and the number of children in their care.
  
  We welcome people from all backgrounds and experiences who are ready to make a real impact in a child's life. If you're compassionate, resilient and have room in your home, you could be the ideal candidate.
You don't need to be in a relationship or own your own home. We have solo carers, same sex couple carers, tenants, different religions and ethnicities. Some of our carers also work full-time. What matters more than anything is providing love and security.


• New Foster Carers: Earn up to £45,000 per year for caring for one child.
