Lead Chef, Sous Chef

Based in our busy Stafford kitchen, your role will include:

• Preparing delicious dishes to menu specifications, ensuring Levy standards are followed
• Ensuring all ingredients are available across the full menu
• Leading by example and maintaining high standards in your team
• Supporting and coaching new team members respectfully and positively
• Remaining calm under pressure to ensure smooth service
  
  Previous culinary experience (essential)
• Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Ability to inspire your team and share your passion for food
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Must be 18+
